Juan Carlos Ortega Torres comes to TLS with over 19 years of experience working in legal matters related to contracts, tax exemptions, commercial and real estate transactions, residential and commercial lending transactions, trouble debt restructurings, bankruptcies, corporations, collections, foreclosures and administrative affairs.  He has a Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.  Juan Carlos Ortega is our Legal Director.
