Frances E. Quiñones Sánchez is an Accounting and Finance Professional with 20 years of experience in industries such as insurance, accounting, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.  Among her achievements are successful implementations of accounting systems, finance analysis and accounting department integration.  Frances holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Associate Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamón and MBA in Accounting from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
