Aileen Diaz joined Tax Law Solutions (TLS) in 2015 as a Project Manager and over the next 7 years continued to expand her role with the company to include Sr. Account Executive, Sr. Director of Operations, VP of Operations and now Manager.  Prior to joining TLS, Aileen worked for RadioShack Corp. for 9 years in supporting all of its 62 locations in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, in the areas of operations, customer service, customer orientation and legal matters.   Throughout Aileen’s tenure at TLS, she has been essential to the company’s continued growth and success by specializing in customer service, retention and growth demonstrating a passion for the brand, commitment to her colleagues, and drive to deliver excellence for our clients.
